'm very quiet in recent times, not published much about the blog, because I'm working on two exhibitions this month of November (tachán! presto!) And I miss the hours to double.
This wonderful lady is one of the treasures that have seen the light. Inspired by my friend Cecilia, a spiritual practitioner of yoga, I thought I should do to her body bent wrist-pun intended-and seems to have come to life.
birthday was approaching, Cecilia. She likes the soft colors, pinks and blues, and always identified with bamboo (seen in some of the crests Print). This particular blue paper had fallen in love: is blue worn as old. And the rose is a rose is also off, almost salmon. I finished playing with a disproportionate number of combs of flowers, as always imagine Cecilia's face framed with a wreath of flowers my origami. The stamping plant includes traditional heraldry ume-take-matsu (the three friends of winter) on a background of shibori and has everything he a romantic, old, innocent and traditional.
thing about this wonderful lady is now impossible for me to let go of it because there is something secret in his speech that goes beyond the original inspiration.
I'm not sure what this doll is still ... but it is something that has to do with the fragile fortress of solitude.
