5 basic steps you should take the Government Reflections Summer

1. INDEC normalize therefore recognize inflation and poverty. Pra begin taking steps to reduce inflation and poverty. The Universal and Son is a measure that I have had but not enough. Poverty is reduced employment and education. Although unemployment is a digit and be better jobs in White (achievements of the era K) investment has fallen because of other measures and discouraging attitudes of the government. And to stop making conflicting statements by the Government would win. Reduce the tax that affects the poor and increase the income tax to the extent possible so that does not affect the middle class, and discourage investment. As education, would privilege the salary and teacher training ... but it is a separate chapter.
2. Reorganizing, streamlining and more efficient productive development subsidies for both agricultural and SME. We must promote entrepreneurship and help develop production that favor the virtuous circle of production-consumption. Sides to stop fighting and sectoral conflicts that are no more necessary the dialogue table.
3. Reorient foreign policy based on the international economy and the balance of power. Argentina has been and can be a world leader if it had a more stable foreign policy that serves as a spearhead to attract investment and insert the Argentine products in regional trade and itnernacional. Or arch or carnal knowledge, intelligent actors in the international political map.
4. Enforce the regulations of the Law on political reform promoted by the Government to standardize the parties, conducting internal elections to depersonalize. Normalizing institutions, this includes the three powers. To discontinue using the judiciary for political persecution of the opposition, both in power and politicians out of power are investigated and held accountable for their actions but not to invent causes when there are so many ...

Since I live in Chile came wanting to know more than the area around its capital city, read: Valparaiso, Vina del Mar, Reñaca Zapallar Cachagua and the Maipo Valley. My spirit of adventure are held throughout the year with the routine of study and work began immediately upon arrival on March 5, 2010. Came the holidays and visits was the best excuse to rent a car and go ahead. First destination was to go to Pucón but agreeing with my travel companion left with the idea to stop halfway and do about 800 km we had to go. However, just saw the highway, in good condition and good signage and almost without realizing it we were already in Villarica, near Pucon. All the hours of operation were praising the road infrastructure in Chile and Argentina sighing if we had a highway and south ... or to Necochea, to visit my sister ... would be closer. "Bringing the Chileans": This is covered by the Government of Chile advertising with additions and improvements on the routes we saw throughout our way to Chiloe, over a thousand miles of highway to the south was as we walked. Observed so my mother does not embody, they say Piñera, and Bachelet, but "Government of Chile." We would be saying Presiddencia of the nation and even larger Pegaditas: Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. In Chile, working Chile and all Chileans are what make the changes, not one person in power ... that leadership is important yes but not personalize wins as there was the comment.
The second comment was "No political posters or advertising," and I made it clear to my interlocutor, which is over the campaign and the parties are responsible for removing their advertisements from the public way (poles, walls, street, etc) but fined. What would clean Buenos Aires! was another sigh ... The highways
we were all very orderly with no more than 120 km / h, there were few vehicles going over that speed. I confess that I was going to my foot at times, but I realized just picked him up ... well, every time we saw the police, "the cops" work, controlling the car ... and not to catch them in infringement and demand bribes, but to really take care of road safety. When we crossed the ferry in Chacao, Chiloe, asked me the documents, they saw that everything was in order and follow road to Ancud. The third comment was, "I feel safe with them, are one of the most respected institutions as opposed to police Argentina, do their hits." Here I've seen car chases, cops running a portfolio in order, always in action. In Argentina there are few compared to the amount there are here in relation to population and territorial coverage. What I would do is increase the forces, and instruct them more combat internal corruption. Here if you try to bribe a paco go to jail for at least a couple of hours, there zafas you a fine ... amazing the difference after only one mountain!
must return to education in respect for the law, by the people, from school. Let there be penalties for those who do not comply, that is fair, so should work. No tears, no exceptions. Fourth
Comment: Back in Santiago, my mother drew numbers metro ticket costs, close to a dollar, as in Brazil, well marked the difference in price student ticket and retirees. In Argentina is subsidized for all, not fair. With taxes also subsidize those who can pay more. Not to mention the water, electricity and gas. Accounts are much higher here than there and live in similar neighborhoods. Providence could be compared with Belgrano and yet there is no difference. When Macri on one of his first steps up the ABL in relation to socio-economic level of the population of each area and community, even if it hurts the pockets of those who are more middle class living in more affluent areas, applauded. That's a fair policy. True Social Justice Peronism, often distorted populist policies unsustainable. Close to the people there to be, but public policies that give real opportunities to leave poverty, not perpetuate it. Here the 20-year agreement with an approach to what a social market economy, poverty was reduced by half. In Argentina, the Plan Lavage promised the same in 5 years. Argentina is a country rich with more posibildiad to do with good housing management and strengthening institutions that s ehan corrupt and deviated from the goals that kept the general welfare ... Those who can pay taxes and no subsidies for services that the state can actually help the poor cease to be. The problem is when money is lost, is not the results of that aid and discouraged the falling tax revenue collection.
The same card I use to pay subway ticket, use it for buses (yes, here in chile, is female, not the micro, or more in Buenos Aires, the collective). In Buenos Aires are still waiting for the unification of the system. Here problems in implementing the transantiago that were smaller, but was implemented and eventually the system works and the constant improvements could say that it works very well.
During 2010 almost not post, I felt sad or very positive comments that might make Argentina's policy, and even more so when I saw how Chilean political system works. I wanted to avoid comparisons, but I was inevitable. I think I held back not only the desire to travel during the year, but also to provide input. I wish I could be out of my country and say all the things I'm proud to Argentina but not why or actually do, but I could not mention them. During the Master Course "Country Risk" with a U.S. academic, it always gave the example of Argentina and what not to do to not have a negative impact on this index. Same with the subject "Making political decisions" with a French academic, when he was the rationalist theory among many others, and studied cases, the exception was always Argentina, how decisions were made to the detriment of the country and its people.
could go on mentioning the various comments that I have come to mind this summer or this year to differentiate Chile, which aims to become a developed country in 10 years and we, Argentina living from crisis to crisis. However, for the love of my country and hope that I keep sicneramente in the heart of its economic growth and social, political class led by a renewed and committed to his country, I speak not to wait and actually see that I'm wrong, that the differences are not so many and that Argentina is larger. I have faith in people of good heart with good intentions, but failed to, pursue the common good.
