In my vacation in Mexico, I visited several friends with whom I share a love of politics. While in Puebla Rafael was in full campaign for his candidacy so we went to the presentation of the Second Report of the mayor of Hicotepec management in the state of Puebla. It proved a great political act, band food and all that, but what struck me is the emotion that was Juan Carlos Valderrabano Vazquez to have the obstacles he had to overcome courageously facing serious threats from opponents and drug traffickers. For the first time I believed the tears of a politician.
